Held every Tuesday from 11 am to 12 pm at The Manor Health and Wellness, this class offers a unique opportunity to cultivate connection, relaxation, and self-care in a supportive community setting.
In Yoga With Baby we recognise that motherhood can be both beautiful and challenging. Our primary objectives are to foster a loving bond between you and your baby, support your body as it heals and strengthens after childbirth, and create a safe space where you can share experiences and find camaraderie among fellow mothers.
Each class features thoughtfully crafted sequences tailored for both you and your baby, ensuring that every participant can engage at their own comfort level. Whether your baby is peacefully napping, in need of a feed, or expressing their emotions through tears, our classes are designed to adapt to their needs. We prioritise a baby-led approach, allowing you to practice yoga poses and breathwork that fit seamlessly into your parenting journey.
